Did u experience rapid fat loss in Stage 7?
Hi all, I am currently in Stage 5 and trying to decide if I should skip Stage 6 and go straight to 7 or not. I'm wondering, for those that have completed Stage 7, did you experience "rapid fat loss" during or after stage 7 as the book suggests will happen? Thanks.

What is your morning "pick me up"?
Sometimes I am so groggy in the morning and coffee is not doing the trick. I have a light desk job so that doesn't make waking up any easier. What foods, drinks, vitamins, etc. have you found that get you going in the morning? I'm also looking for an energy enhancer for throughout the day! Thanks!
