Hi all, I just wear my Brooks Ghosts when I lift (I'm halfway through stage 5)---I bought them for walking and running and since I don't run anymore, they're my gym/walking sneakers. What do you all wear when you lift? J.

A curiosity question. If you were over, say, by about 1100 calories across the past four or five days (cough), would you work to even it out by cutting some over the next few days or just say "what's done is done" and move on?
