Not eating enough

Yes finally!
I finally broke through my plateau! It's only by a pound but I will take it! I love the polar F4. It is an awesome tool. I see more weight loss in my my future! :)

Getting frustrated
Ok I have been at my same weight now for some time. I eat roughly 1,200 calories a day. I exercise most every day. I walk 3 mins at 4.4 at least then run 2 mins at 5.4. I keep doing this for roughly 57 mins. I some weight lifting not a lot but some. I'm very conscience about what I eat. And the weight isn't going anywhere.…

I'm back
Over the holidays I got very lazy. And I've gained weight and lost muscle so I vowed to myself no more. I walk on the treadmill 3 mins at 4.5 and then run 2 mins at 6 mph I do that for 40 mins and I do floor exercises with weights. I love it. And I need to keep doing it. Before I was using Skinny Fiber and that worked…
