I'm back

Over the holidays I got very lazy. And I've gained weight and lost muscle so I vowed to myself no more. I walk on the treadmill 3 mins at 4.5 and then run 2 mins at 6 mph I do that for 40 mins and I do floor exercises with weights. I love it. And I need to keep doing it. Before I was using Skinny Fiber and that worked well. However I don't want to take it anymore. I know I can do it on my own. My problem is staying regular. If you know what I mean. Lol I'm sure other women have the same problem. So does anyone have any answers??? I also eat pretty healthy no processed foods. Lots of fruits and veggies, fish and proteins.
