  • I do vodka and water. Then I found these margaritaville packets on amazon. So I've been adding that to vodka and water. They just have 5 calories and no carbs. It's cool with my trainer, the Angry Orchard wasn't so much :(
  • My opinion is, people that have to pay for a program whether it be 10 weeks, 6 weeks or 90 days. Do have a greater success rate. They have the accountability from spending the money (unless money isn't a problem for you) and normally there are other people you can get support from and help push you to where you want to be.…
  • For myself, I have to keep my "why" in the for front of my mind. If I start slipping, its all down hill from there. Losing the same weight that I had lost before. And that got old real damn fast! But now, I don't do that. I push myself hard. Because, if I don't who will???? I make myself accountable. When I see things…
  • Are you sure they were smoking weed and not meth? Just asking???
  • Nope some days I go to bed at 4:30. I'm tired and I know if I stay up, I will eat. Plus I get up at 3AM
  • It all depends on who you ask and what you are looking for... I have cut my sugar intake down to 15 grams. I don't eat fruit. I was told if I do eat fruit, eat it early in the morning. I didn't ask why. I just cut it out all together. My tortilla shell has the most sugar of everything I eat. By lowering the amount of sugar…
  • There is no magic pill! Only hard work and dedication!
  • As long as you notice and keep it in check, that is all that matters. Let me ask you this, who are you losing for? You? or someone else? Some people may notice, but don't say anything because they may be jealous and not doing anything to improve on themselves. Great job on losing the 30 Lbs!!
  • Whatever you believe, your mind can overcome..... Your body maybe telling you no you can't, but your mind knows you can! Just believe in yourself.
  • The 2000 daily calories a day seems rather high! If anything only increase it a 100 or 200 at most to see. I eat 1400 a day and don't eat back my exercise calories at all. I've always been told you have to eat to lose. Believe
  • my nutritionist has me at 30% carbs 40% protein and 30% fats. I eat roughly 1400 calories a day. I make sure at least 3 to 4 days a week, my heart rate is in peak for 20 mins and fat burn for the rest of the time. I do cardio the 3 to 4 times a week for about 45 to 50 mins. Hope this helps so far I'm down 30 some pounds…
  • I don't see where you have macro set. I would watch the carbs. I know the Knorr side dishes has an extremely high amount of carbs and more than likely sodium.
  • The information is great. Are you getting your heart rate up to a fat burn mode? I try not to eat back any of my calories. Because I feel like my fitbit is a little high when it tells me my calories burned. I mean it looks great, but doesn't help with the losing. Also what is the amount of calories you are trying to stay…
  • If you work out hard the other days and including the day you plan as a fun day, then yes you can. I do it every week. Saturday is my fun day. I push myself hard Monday-Saturday. After my workout on Saturday, which can consist of 45 mins resistance and an hour and 15 mins of kickboxing. I do eat what I want on Saturday. I…
  • I drink at least a gallon and a half. I'm very good about my water intake. I'm not eating the peanut butter today to see if that was it. :(
  • Or your metabolism could be speeding up to burn the food you are eating....just a thought. And yes it has happened to me. And it was my metabolism. believe
  • I usually have a mission whole wheat tortilla with ground turkey season like a taco meat but not the packets, 1/2 of an avocado, 2 tbs green verde sauce, and 2 slices of ultra thin provolone cheese. And sugar free jello with lite cool whip on it. I call that my cupcake.
  • Great job! Try putting some positive motivational quotes on your bathroom mirror. This week mine says: Go till the whistle blows. We just started a summer time ab challenge at my gym this morning. So I'm super excited! Go ahead and add me as well. Go unbroken! Believe
  • been on it for over 24 years and no issues.
  • When I do it by myself I do a rep then rest a little then keep going until they are done. But when I work with my trainer, there is 2 other gals with us and we rotate. So we are doing a different rep each time. Not sure what is the best but I have seen it both ways.
  • I do kickboxing 3 days a week. And my fitbit usually averages about 645 calories for 45 mins. And I am a hot mess when we are done. My heart rate is usually at 160 for peak. Hope that helps. Believe
  • Just because you lost weight doesn't mean that you are going to be happier. You are more than likely healthier than you have been in the past. But you have to be in a good place in your mind as well. I've been there and done that. Think about the positive side effects from losing the weight. Be proud of your success! Jeeze…
  • I've been on Wellbutrin and Lexapro for quite some time and I am at my lowest weight since I was 20 years old.
  • According to my nutritionist I'm allowed 10 to 12 grams of sugar a day. I don't eat fruit. It is suggested that if you do eat fruit, it early in the morning. You should never go to bed hungry. Your body still needs food to make it through the night. What are your macros set at? I'm allowed 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30%…
  • the more muscle you have the more fat you will burn.
  • Being a few points below protein is ok. But not a lot. I also use protein shakes and protein bars. But make sure you are using good protein shakes and good protein bar. Some are filled with only fillers and sugar and don't help at all.
  • one day of rest is good enough
  • I use MaxMuscle whey protein. And no problems
