Over the last couple of weeks, I have experienced a lot of bloating. And I can't figure out where it is coming from. My food really hasn't changed. The only thing I can think of is I have been eating peanut butter on a tortilla wrap for my morning snack.
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and if so, what have you done to alleviate the issue.
Thanks

Do you weigh your peanut butter?bof you are using an actual tablespoon I can almost guarantee you are eating much more peanut butter than you think, which can add up quickly.0

Peanuts, peanut butter, and peas make me bloat ... and cramp ... and feel really awful in general.0

Try eating something else in the morning for the next three days.0

I don't know how much water you drink daily, but I have found that making sure I drink plenty each day helps reduce bloating. Worth a try while you have something different for a snack to see if it makes a difference.0

I drink at least a gallon and a half. I'm very good about my water intake.
I'm not eating the peanut butter today to see if that was it.0
