Small, healthy, high calorie foods?
Heya! So with working out and all, I find it extremely difficult to keep up with my calories while keeping my sodium and nutrients in check! I'm trying to get ideas for small snack foods that pack healthy calories. I know nuts are a good one, but are there any others? Ideas? Thanks! :-)

I have since lost 40 lbs! I started at 185 lbs and am now sitting at 145. My goal is to reach 135 lbs and put on some lean muscle. I figured…
