New year, new me!

Hello everyone here at myfitnesspal!

While I am new to this site, I am not too new at dieting. In fact, I've been on my diet (Well, I try not to call it a diet :-P) for a year now. I have since lost 40 lbs! I started at 185 lbs and am now sitting at 145. My goal is to reach 135 lbs and put on some lean muscle. I figured this was the perfect site to track my progress, calories, and keep motivated!
