Great job to all who completed Insanity last week. You all did awesome. Today I am restarting Insanity with Day 1 Fit Test. My shoulder is still a little tender but my orthopedist gave me clearance last week for Insanity. His advised me to modify if necessary. Keep up the great work everyone.

Below are my pictures of my progress of P90X. I took pictures at day 1, day 27, day 57, and day 89. I lost a total of 31 pounds. I lost 6 1/2 inches on my waist. I gained 1 inch on each bicep. Snow in May
I need to move. This snow today is depressing. We broke our record in April with over 51 inches of snow falling. Now its the day before Mother's day and we are having snow flurries. The good thing is next week the temperature might get to the 60s. I will believe that when I see it.
