Hi everyone. I am new to this site and am looking for friends who need motivation. I have plenty to give. Today is 62 days in a row I have worked out or had a stretch day. I still have my days where I do not feel up to working out but once I do at the end of the workout I feel great. Motivation is very helpful to succeed in your fitness goals. I used to have a hard time starting the workout but now after over 60 days it has become a habit.

I have often questioned if I will ever lose this baby weight...I have tried so many things and have been successful only for a short time because I was quickly demotivated. It's hard sometimes to keep it going and I get discouraged very easily when I don't think that the results are happening fast enough or at all. I would appreciate getting some pointers from you, not the working out everyday part though
