If I put one standard spoonful of sugar in like tea or coffee, is that the same as 1 tsp?

Eating More and Losing Weight
So I'm in a bit of what I consider to be an oxymoron. I'm eating generally 1400-1500 calories a day. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday I ate more than what I should have. Despite that, I lost 3 pounds. However when I go a week eating 1400-1500 calories, I tend to gain weight. Is there a reason why that happens?

Cook on the Table Tracking Question
I went to a cook on the table Japanese restaurant tonight and MFP does not have the restaurant listed or one of the items I consumed tonight. Part of my dinner was shrimp with egg yolk on top of it. How would I find the nutrition information on that item?

Fitbit Caloric Adjustment
I'm new to MFP and I was wondering about the above topic. My fitbit and MFP account are linked. Fitbit does adjust the calories. Does it mean for me to consume that caloric adjustment or should I just stick to the caloric intake if it's not adjusted?
