I'm just wondering, after you hit "complete this entry", how accurate is the "you will be X weight after 5 weeks"?

    I think it calculates it based on your basil metabolic rate. I'd look up an online calculator.

    Not very accurate because you would have to burn the same number of calories and eat the same calories EVERY day for X weeks to get to that weight.

    i tried that thing. i log absolutely everything down to spices and i ate the calories at around +/- 50 calories margin of error day to day and it was pretty accurate. it predicted 198.2lbs in 5 weeks and after 5 weeks i was at 198.6lbs.

    i'm gonna say accurate but if we're being realistic, no one can eat the same calories for 5 weeks so don't worry about it.
