Motivation
I would like some tips on how to rediscover the motivation I used to have to exercise. I doing good for a while. I did Power90, Power 90: Master Series, and got 1/3 of the way through P90X.

Power 90 :Master Series...fell off the wagon
I was on week 7 of Power 90:Master Series and fell off the wagon with my exercising. Anyhow, I don't wanna give up. My question is: Should I redo week 7 or go on to week 8? Thanks.

I'm starting to notice a pattern with my falling off of the wagon on my exercise. I'm so anal about wanting to keep my 90 day routine that now that I've missed some days I want to start all over. Lack of exercise soreness?
Can lack of exercise cause muscle soreness? I haven't exercised for the past couple of weeks and now my upper back muscles and my quadriceps are aching. I'm guessing the solution is to start working out again.

Silly workout injuries...
I'm pretty sure many of you have gotten silly workout injuries as we lose the extra weight. Mine happened today while I was at work. HRM chest strap slipping
I've discovered lately that when I do jumping jacks my HRM starts slipping then the reading on my watch unit says 00 for around 30 seconds. Has this happened to anyone else and/or do you know how to fix this? (other than stapling the thing to my body) Thanks, R

Restarting P90 Question...
I stopped the P90 on Day 38 for about a week. I should be on Day 46. Anyhow, I was wondering if I should push my days back and restart on Day 38 or continue on the day I should be on? Thanks, R
