So I just bought some ACV and I would like to know how to take it! This morning i drank it straight (2 tsp) and drank water after. Not the best choice, lol. Also, if I mixed it in my meals, would I still get the same benefits? Thanks!

If i eat enough protein and lift weights but i eat a lot less calories, will i still lose fat and not lose muscle?

Body Fat went from 23.8 to 22.2% in 3 days?
Is this possible? or is the machine wrong? also, if i lost fat that fast will it come back or does that only apply to muscle loss?
