I am stuck. I know the right food to eat. I eat enough about 1500-1700 calories a day. Macros are pretty balanced. I lift heavy about 4-5 x a week and my warm up is 10-20m HIIT on stairclimbers. I almost like 1 month binge free. In the beginning of summer i was at about 22-23 BF% and today i step on and im 25% WTF! I'm 5'3, 110.8lbs. I am so confused i Don't know whats wrong!

The problem is using a body fat scale. You're probably doing great and progressing well. Find another option for body fat measurement.0
