Hi All, Do you know if there is anywhere on MFP to track the calories I have not eaten over the past week? I am trying to save around 600 -800 calories thoughout the week for treats at weekends. If every day were like today...
I wonder how MFP calculates this amount as it seems wildly out for me? Today for example MFP calculates that if every day was like today (slightly under my calorie goal) then I would lose 2lbs in 5 weeks and I am aiming for 0.5 lbs a week which I seem to have achieved so far. Is my calorie goal to low?
MFP calculates that I can only eat roughly 1200 calories without excercises to lose 0.5 lbs a week. that seems low for me and I have checked my Total Daily Energy Expenditure which comes out at 1980 calories a day. So, If deduct 500 calories from that I should still be allowed 1480 calories a day. I wonder why MFP is not…
