Hi All,
Been on here a while but lost all motivation a few months ago. I'm back on track now and would love some friends to keep me accountable please.
My stats are female 1.68m, weighing 72 kg and aiming to weigh 64 kg.

Hi Slender, I was using the site and took a break (I think it was about 7 months) and am back on. I also got myself a fitbit (to see what it is about go to fitbit.com (site is free) The fitbit flex measures the number of steps I take, links with this site to keep track of the calories eaten and it also calculates the calories burned. It measures your sleep and I like seeing the graphs to show me how I am doing. My dietician advised me not to eat less than 1200 calories and agreed for me not to go over 1500. I have lost 27lbs so far.(sorry even tho Canadian still like to see weight in lbs.) I would happy to friend you. (if you sign on the fitbit.com site we can cheer each other as well as send messages)0
