5:2 diet
Hi everyone, although I'm not new to mfp, I'm new to the 5:2 diet (started Monday) and was looking at making friends and seeing others progress on this diet. I'm getting on really well with it at the moment with my fast days being Monday and thursday. Feel free to add me if u too are on the same journey :-) x

Disheartened after puttin on a pound :-(
So, although I've only been loosing a pound a week, I was happy just to be loosing any thing at all. But this week I put on a pound. I had a treat night on Friday and had a curry but putting on a pound??? Really??? Anybody had this it can explain to me why it's happened? It makes me want to just give up :-(

Is there Any ladies/men out there that have opinions on the adios tablets??? Are they any good??

Level 2 30ds?????
Can any1 advise me on wat to class 30 mins of level 2 30ds as on mfp?? I classed level 1 as circuit training, general but surely level 2 is classed as sum thing more calorie burning?? Ne help wud b gratefully received :-)

Is there such a thing as unhealthy calories???
So I've just had a bowl of ice cream wit chocolate sauce on top. :-0 I no sounds calorific doesn't it?! But I've saved up the calories during the day so I could have the ice cream after my dinner. But my question is :- is there such a thing as unhealthy calories?? As in 100 calories in chocolate is worse than 100 calories…

30DS looks brilliant 4 tummys but wat bout bums n thighs???
Hi ladies, I started the 30DS five days ago and it's goin well so far although I did have a day off on Friday night. But after lookin at all the fab before n after pics it's jus struck me, I have a large bottom n thighs which is the area I need to target the most, is the 30DS gonna b any good for that??
