I posted a similar question last week about a different DVD I was doin. Some1 very kindly told me about an app u can get called count calories burned. It's really good and has DVD routines already stored in its memory so u jus have to add ur weight and height n it tells u how much u wud of burned. Hope this helps

Hi, I'm not sure wat to log it as in mfp app, I no it's cardiovascular but after that I have no idea. Level 1 I logged as cardiovascular, circuit training, general but surely level 2 shud b something more?? Cos I'm sure it burns more calories??

First week and second week absolutely nothing. But I was using some cheap weighing scales at the time. I did loose half and inch off my waist and quarter of an inch off my thighs!!

I no wat ya mean it encourages you to continue doesn't it? That's the only reason I bought the DVD, cos I was amazed wit the results, fingers crossed we both make it to day 30z have u taken before pics or r u jus going by measurements??
