New (again) and need to rebuild the support team.
I will be the first to say, MFP is amazing! I've used it and had great success. Unfortunately, after being sidelined with Psoriatic Arthritis for close a year, I am back where I started. I have been on a biologic for almost 2 months now and feel great, so I'm ready to regain all of the progress that was lost and then some.

Is there such thing as 'too much' protein?

Not calculating strength training calories burned
I noticed when logging my daily exercise that it's only totaling my calories burned during cardio and not strength training.
