I'm interested to know if everyone hits their daily protein "requirement" on fitness pal
If so, what veg products do you eat that are high in protein? Are they processed veg "meats" or whole foods? My requirement is 60 and I'm having trouble making it over 50! Pottassium deficiency
Does anyone have any advice on how to fulfill my potassium requirement everyday? I have tested a couple times with low potassium and I never fulfill my potassium requirement.. What am I missing!? Oh and PS, please don't say eat a banana!
