Strength/Cardio ratio?
Hi guys. I just joined the gym, I'm 208 trying to get to 140. My question is that I know strength training is also important when getting into shape, not just cardio, but how much of each should I do? Should my workout be 50/50? Or concentrate more on cardio until I'm a bit smaller? Thank you :3
