Arc Trainer (No HRM vs. HRM)
okay I have been doign the Arc trainer for a few weeks now it says I burn 400 calories in the 30 minutes that I do it. Thats without a HRM. Yesterday I wore my HRM and did the ARC trainer and added a little more of an incline and resistance. And after my workout I looked at the HRM and it said I burned 500 calories in 22…

Just wondering. How much you all needed to loose how long did it take you to really start loosing and what did you do to loose it? I need to loose about 70 pounds :-) and I want to hear some success stories! :-)

BLOATING/RETAINING WATER WEIGHT?
Not sure what is causing this. At first I thought it was TOM but that has ended and I am still so bloated. Am I drinking to much water?
