BLOATING/RETAINING WATER WEIGHT?

Not sure what is causing this. At first I thought it was TOM but that has ended and I am still so bloated. Am I drinking to much water? I dont think I have to much sodium throughout the day but I do drink alot of water.
My pants are tight aroudn my belly. I know I have gained a little weight but know it has not been THAT much to make me feel so uncomfortable all day long untill I can go home and put sweatpants on.
Does anyone have any suggestions? PLEASE HELP. :sad:

Are you tracking your sodium? You might want to try that... sometimes it's higher than you think.
Also if it's all in your abdomen it could be more than just water...it could be that you need a good BM. Honestly, I often feel like my pants fit better after...you know.0 -
Thanks I need to look and see how much sodium I am taking in a day.
I think i might take in an okay amount. but I may be wrong.
Now that you mention in the BM might be part of the issue lol0 -
Make sure you're drinking a lot of water. A good guide is to take your weight and divide it by 2. That number is the amount of ounces of water you should have a day.0

watch your salt intake and watch how much water you drink... no need to drink all this water if you are not working out hard enough to sweat the water out0
