I need support I hope I can get it here.

So I was not over weight all my life. I used to be 140 and I was fine with that I didnt work out but I worked retail and stayed active. Then when I turned 18 I got a job in an office where I sat all day long and I ate all the candy and cookies that people put in front of me at the job.

I cant believe I am putting this out here but I then became 220 pounds when I joined weight watchers and a gym I dropped down to 180. Then I got lazy just plain lazy. I knew I could do it but I just didnt care anymore. But I do care now I want to be me again. I want to be happy with my body and not be disgusted by what I see in the pictures. I just dont want to be the fat girl anymore.

Tomorrow I will weigh myself for the first time in over a month. And I am scared, I know that number is going to be something I am not happy with. But I know I need to own up to it.

I have been eating better but I have not started to workout yet becasue I have to get cleared because of a bad knee. My husband wants to join planet fitness because its 10.00 a month and along with that I want to start doing the bender ball again to get my abs back in shape. And start to do my biggest loser walking DVD again.

Sorry this post went on forever. I just need people to back me I need motivation and people that understand what I am goign through. Tell me your story what you have done to loose weight and be the OLD you again.

  • Yes! You have my support too! As long as you stick to it! It will be good help that you have a friend in town to help keep you motivated! Be sure to tell friends, family, and co-workers what you doing and set small goals at a time, this will help keep you accountable. :) Finding the right workout is beneficial to how well you do too. My "soulmate" workout is um anything by Chalene Johnson haha I'm doing ChaLEAN Extreme! I've lost 8.5 inches so far!!!!!! I'm so stoked! You can do this!
