At long last weight loss has started to shift after 3 weeks weighing in at the same weight - managed to lose 2.75lbs.:happy:

Very Fustrated
Have not managed to shift my weight in the past 3 weeks - what am I doing wrong?. Some days I have exceeded 1200 calories, but then compensated with my exercise. Need to get going again as its very frustrated trying to be good and then nothing the following week.:sad:

Down hearted today
I have not been using up all my calories each day, and then the other day I was over my calories on two occasions, but never managed to lose any weight. What am I doing wrong, this is my second week, did great first week?
