I keep my calories at 1,200 per day, carbs between 20-25, fat around 120 grams and protein around 100 grams. I recently started running 3 times per week and plan to strength train the other 2-3 days. Has anyone tried this program?? If so, what did you think? We have a teacher in the district who is a certified trainer for the program and swears by it. She does a class one evening a week (I think). I hate to spend the money without some idea if any of you all think its worth it! Thanks for the input ????

Anyone ever successfully switch from Atkins to a different diet that doesn't restrict carbs? I've never been successful on anything but Atkins, but I am getting bored with it after 2 years. Any help would be great, thanks!!!

New to boards
Hello all!! I have been doing Atkins (fairly faithfully) on and off for 2 years now. Down 62 lbs, have 29 left to go and man are they stubborn! Starting a run/walk program 2 weeks ago, which is my only form of exercise. Look forward to seeing what all these boards have to offer :glasses:
