ok I have a small amount of calories left but I am really craving something sweet. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

When do people notice
Well I've lost almost 10 pounds. No I don't have a huge amount to lose about 25-30 more pounds so I feel like 10 pounds is quite a bit. I am just wondering when people usually start noticing. So far no one has noticed any change. I amdoing this for me but I feel like I would like someone to recognize my progress.

craving salt
Ok so today I have had extra sodium because I ate out but I've also had about 20 cups of water. I know it is almost my TOM. I don't want to give into this salt craving but I dont' feel like I should be drinking more water. Any suggestions.

ok so I want to work out my abs to start building muscle there. I have been doing the jackknife which lifts up your legs and uppper body at the same time. I feel like my upper abs are getting a workout like right below my ribs but nowhere else. What are some other exercises to workout my abs. Please describe themoves…

pickles
Ok so I saw a post where someone said that pickles have no calories. I had a jarand itsaid the same. Then I went to the store and got a different brand and there are calories. How is this possible? Just other food for thought how can pickles have no calories if cucumbers have calories?

Need more calories
On the days that I eat salads or a lot of fruit I end up with lots of calories left. Since my daily goal is 1200 I don't have the opportunity to be under. Does anyone have any ideas for getting about 200-300 calories. I have been eating every few hours and am not really hungry. Any advice? Thanks.

sugar levels
I'm still pretty new to this site. I have just incresed the amount of fruit I have been eating and my sugar has been going over everyday. I am trying to use fruit as a healthy snack but even 1 or 2 pieces and I go over. Does anyone else have this trouble? Does anyone have any suggestions

Struggling
Ok so I having been exercising regularly since Christmas. I joined this site 5 days ago and have stuck to the calories and exercise everyday.
