ok my weeklycalorie burn is 1651. I know I made some entry's earlierthisweek but I haven't had a chance to post on this thread. I hope everyone is doing well with their exercise.

I didn't have time at home to use the Wii today but I walked outside at a 3 mph pace and burned 227 calories.

Today: 30 minute free run with weights I also did about 45 minutes of Wii games Total running time: 180 minutes I'm I'm shooting for one more hour this week because then my piggy bank will upgrade. Where is everyone? I want to see that jogging. Let's finish the week strong.

I am at the exact same point in lose and goal. I have been exercising but still no change in about a month. I am with you are staying motivated. This is a lifestyle so use that to motivate yourself. You aren't doing it to lose weight you are doing it to be healthy.

ok today's work out 30 minutes free run with 2 lb weights on each leg. burned 177 calories. weekly total 150 minutes

yes you weigh more at night. It isok to weigh at night as long as you always weigh at night. I do the mornings because I feel that is when I'm most even.

Did thirty minutes of Free Run. Changed it up today and put 2lb weights on each leg. Weekly total: 120 minutes

Youshould set it to not lose weight at all. You can do maintainence on this website also so adjust your goals to not lose weight and your calories should go up.

I find that snacking on things like beef jerky (I know it has sodium) and trail mix are good for me. I don't always have the option to have fruit with me so I use this as snacks. They give a lot of protein that keeps me full.

If you are raw because I don't really understand you cantry bodyglide before you exercise. It is sold at sporting good stores and looks like a container of deodorant.

I guess I'm odd because my weight gain showed up the day before and it still hasn't gone away. In fact it keeps going up. I think this is why I usually give up on weight loss because it seems like I just start to make progress then it is erased.

I actually just found divided plates at target that don't look like kids ones. A set of 2 were $1.99 Igot these because I don't like my food touching but it is perfect because one divider is a 1/2 cup for veggies and one is 1/4 for startch then the section for my meat.

do not get anything breaded. Salads at restaurants usually aren't healthy. get like a grilled chicken sandwich but only eat the chicken breast nt the bun. Ask for everything without sauce or at least on the side so you can limit it.

Try melotonin. You can get it at Target or Walmart or a vitamin store.

I am not trying to deprive myself. In fact, I already had a cookie that i did work into my calories. I am just trying to post here to distract me from eating them. I have my water and am drinking away. Thanks for the encouragement.
