    did 30 min today so far, might do more, i think my goal will be 4 hours total this week

    16 minutes wii jogging...did an island run. thats about all i can take of running in place. my goal is to do 1 island run every day! thanks for the tip about watching t.v., i flipped back and forth between americas funniest home videos and the wii!!!

    i cant stand to just walk in place so i jog rouund the room or up and down the hall

    Ohhh Running, Not my best activity as I have bad knees at the Mo but I will try my best.

    Start tomorrow as I have already done my exercise for today.

    Did thirty minutes of Free Run. Changed it up today and put 2lb weights on each leg.

    Tuesday -
    Wii Fit Aerobics - 20 mins
    Wii Fit Running - 50 mins
    Wii Fit Yoga - 10 mins

    Wednesday -
    Wii Fit Running - 13 mins (Have RA and feet are really sore today)
    Wii Fit Yoga - 10 mins
    Wii Zumba - 20 mins (just bought today and it kicked my bum!)

    Moved my daughter yesterday so exercise was packing and unpacking.
    Did manage to drink 5 bottles of water.
    Ate out for every meal, but lost .2 pounds anyway.
    Will do my running tonight. Still not my favorite.

    i went to the gym today but couldnt get on my wii. i used the treadmill 25 min, does that still count?

    ok today's work out 30 minutes free run with 2 lb weights on each leg.

    burned 177 calories.
