Need more calories

On the days that I eat salads or a lot of fruit I end up with lots of calories left. Since my daily goal is 1200 I don't have the opportunity to be under. Does anyone have any ideas for getting about 200-300 calories. I have been eating every few hours and am not really hungry. Any advice? Thanks.

    Nuts and seeds pack a lot of calories and nutrients in one punch and you don't need very many of them to boost you up. Almonds are the best. If you don't like them just plain, you can buy nut butters and make sandwiches of them (or put on brown rice cakes). Dried fruits as well, so you could even make up your own trail mix.

    Maybe try a few saltines and natural peanut butter?
