Good morning! So I have been dropping weight but not many inches. Being so close to my first goal (I think I will just keep going) should I be worried about that you think? I work out between 3-5 days a week at least an hour each time. How can I drop 20 pounds but no inches????
Good morning! Had a quick question...are we supposed to eat the calories we get back from exercising? Seems like it defeats the purpose.... right?
