Good morning!
So I have been dropping weight but not many inches. Being so close to my first goal (I think I will just keep going) should I be worried about that you think? I work out between 3-5 days a week at least an hour each time.
How can I drop 20 pounds but no inches????

I stopped losing inches about a month ago, after some pretty awesome drops in the first five months. I'm not worrying about it. I figure the body is working on fat in places its not easy to get at with a measuring tape.:laugh:0
