How do I log hiit work outs?
I don't have a heart rate monitor (yet) so I'm wondering how I should log them in the mean time. Should it just be under calisthenics for right now?

Want to get into heavy lifting at home.
But, I'm not sure if I have the right equipment for it. As of right now I have a Gold's Gym Home Gym that has 112lb weight stack and up to 280lbs resistance (which I have NO idea how to adjust the resistance.
