BMR higher than MFP daily goal
Hey everyone. So my BMR is 1808. As I have a desk job I set my activity level at sedentary and got 1340 daily calories as goal! Shall I change my activity level till I get close to my BMR? Oh I work out from 3 to 6 times a week.

Hi everyone! I easily exceed my daily sugar intake? Which is in a lot of fruits and veggie. Is that something I should care about? If yes, how can I do? Is it ok if I have sugary stuff in the morning, since I can burn it off during the day? Waiting for your replies! Thanks.
