Help with building up to run a 5k
Help!! I was just reminded that I agreed to run (yes I said run) the 5K Race for the Cure this year in Columbus, Ohio, in May. I don't run. LOL! Any suggestions on a way to build up to running this? Thanks for any suggestions or ideas you may have! Toni
