Help!!
I was just reminded that I agreed to run (yes I said run) the 5K Race for the Cure this year in Columbus, Ohio, in May. I don't run. LOL!
Any suggestions on a way to build up to running this?
Thanks for any suggestions or ideas you may have!

I'm doing Couch to 5K and it's GREAT. I was the definition of a non-runner and it's helped me a lot. The app for the iPhone makes it really easy (do I sound like a commercial yet?). I'm doing a mini marathon in April, and I feel like I'll be able to do it without dropping dead on the side of the road.0

Thank you vixsummer and gj4man! I will definitely check it out! I definitely am going to need slow and steady to build up to running. This girl has not ran in probably 10 years and that wasn't anywhere near a 5K!0
