Food diary??
Trying to make my entries, for example when I had grocery store brand almonds lets say about 10 of them but it only lets me select 1 oz (23 almonds)?? I don't like how it'll only let me pick from that instead of putting in the correct amount I know I have, what should I do?

Useful app some people might not know about for running
I use an app called Map my Run and it's pretty useful. It tells you how many miles you ran/jogged, time for how long the workout was and an estimate of how many calories you burned. Hope that helped if you didn't know! :]
