I've noticed this too! I bought a dark chocolate bar (lily's sweetened with Stevia) it is SO good, normally I would have the entire bar in one night but I am able to take one bite and put it away. Chocolate bars never last me 1-2 weeks lol

My diary is public so if you ever need ideas feel free to look at mine... also I just recently learned to not go by the carbs but to go by net carbs. Whatever the amount of grams of fiber, subtract that from the actual carb count. So if I eat broccoli that is 3g of carbs but 2g of fiber, it'd only be 1g of net carbs. If I…

Yea I've heard the overall keto makes you feel more energized, so that'll be nice too
-
No worries, I added ya! Fellow MA friend

I've tried all of them and liked them, I just always stuck with silk milk unsweetened, it might've had the most vitamins in it per cup but I'm not sure. Compare the labels next time you go to the store and just like the other response, can always sweeten it with no sugar sweeteners. I used Stevia in my almond milk once and…

I normally buy a carton of eggs, boil all of them the same night and take them on the go to work with me, also sunflower butter and half an avocado

What brand of almond milk are you buying? I drink Silk Almond Unsweetened and it only has 1g of carbs per cup, only 1g of protein as well but it also has vitamins such as Vit A, C, D & E, Calcium, some Iron, Riboflavin and Magnesium. Hope that helps

Just added all of you! :)

100% worth it lol

holy butt, that sounds AMAZING! What is a brownie concrete though? Anything with sweets and I'm sold lol

You don't have to decide "what" to eat, just "how much" of it you can eat a day. Everything in moderation, you can eat everything you love as long as you're staying at a deficit. :]

okay, I'll continue measuring it raw. Thank you!

Sometimes restaurants have online menus with the nutritional information, so next time you go out and know where you are going, try looking it up beforehand

I'm 26 as well! I have about 50+ to lose, feel free to add me!

kfizza1 and earlnabby, thank you so much for the reassuring responses! I feel better now than what I did earlier this morning, I will try my best with logging and stick with my current workouts
-
cerise_noir I'll have to buy a scale, and you aren't kidding! Hormones are all over the place too often lol quicksylver296, thank you for the useful chart! Cardiacmommy, I think I will try that but not sure if I should just cut dairy out all together. I suffer from multiple autoimmune diseases such as asthma, eczema, and…

The thing is, is that I do eat the exact same thing some days. I shop purposefully to buy nothing extra and only what I will be eating during that day and make the same dinner in bulk, if I eat a different dinner then of course I log it. But again, I haven't logged weekends which I stated that I will probably change that,…

Oh okay, I didn't know a plateau meant 3 weeks! Lol and very true, I did just get done with my t.o.m. a few days ago so maybe that has something to do with it too

same deal with me, my asthma and eczema have healed up pretty nicely so far but it's crazy how many things gluten can be in! If I eat gluten, bathroom problems for 2 days and skin acts up
