Hello everyone, after a year completely away from this site, I've unfortunately gained quite a bit back. I've lost nearly 40 lbs in the past, but slowly gained it all back so it's time to focus and get back on track. A little about myself:
My name is Brenna, but you can call me Bre I'm a 26 year old girl, turning 27 on March 9th (gotta remember to save that night as my cheat night ) I suffer quite a few auto immune problems such as eczema & asthma that tend to get in the way of my exercising sometimes but I power through it, but with my inhaler of course lol. Although when I become more fit again, I won't require it as much anymore which would be a great perk! Also if you notice by my profile pic, I'm a bald & badass lady due to having alopecia which is another auto immune problem that can cause hair loss but thankfully it doesn't get in the way of me eating right and getting fit. I'm 5'3" and currently 186 lbs, looking to lose maybe 40-50lbs and just started the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred again today.
If you're interested in becoming friends and help each other along the journey, please feel free to add me!

Hi lowjax, thanks for the request!0

Hey Bre, So I kind of suck at motivating others, but I am a bit active. I'll send a request and I'll try to help where I can with tips or general support. Other than that, seeing others succeed helps me out quite a bit.0

Hi All! Feel free to add me as a friend. I'm committing to my gluten free diet because it's best for PCOS and I want to look good for a cruise that I'm going on with my boyfriend and his family.0

Also looking to add some MFP friends for added motivation to stay on track. I haven't figured out how to do it yet as I am new to this layout of MFP0
