Major NSV!!!
I started my journey on here wearing a size 20. My mother-in-law gave me some pants, most sized 16 and 1 pair of 14's. Daily Workouts
Hi, I'm new here and I was wondering....does anybody else NOT take a break during the week from working out? I just KNOW that if I take a break, 1 day is going to turn into 3 days and I'll lose my 'oomph' and motivation. Am I the only one who does this?
