I start a new job Monday and I have to dress nice, I went to get shirts and I was a 2X before I lost some weight, I grabbed some shirts and while trying them on, I kept thinking "this 1 will probably be too small"...well, they ALL fit! I am now wearing an XL!! And I am nowhere close to being done...gives me a little hope…

I exercise religiously 6 days a week and only take 1 day off...I've lost 32 lbs since January, my tracker reads a different number because I started this journey a year ago and didn't follow through and was a lower weight at that time. If you want to add me, feel free!

I got shin splints a little over a month ago and I got new shoes and I took my 3 lb weight and put it between my feet and pointed and flexed my toes with the weight in between my feet....worked wonders!! Good luck!

I started this journey wearing a size 20 in January, I went to get dress pants and top for an interview tomorrow morning...I went for the 18's, they fell right off of me! I am on day 3 of level 2 and I take a rest day every 6 days. I don't make that day in between levels because if I did, I would be sorry! Lol...it's hard enough to get back into it taking a rest day and doing the same level, I couldn't imagine taking a rest day and bumping up the intensity the next day! Lol I am on day 13…

I take rest days but not in between levels like suggested above. I exercise 6 days and then take 1 off. If I rested between levels, I would DIE because it's hard enough to take a rest day and start again on the same level! And thank you, I start level 2 today!

You do Level 1 for 10 days, Level 2 for 10 days and Level 3 for 10 days. I start level 2 tomorrow and with level 1, and measuring everything, waist, arms, legs, hips, neck and calves, I've lost 15 inches total!
