30 day shred question for ANYONE who has done it

Okay, So I did this program twice and I forgot if I took rest days or not. I am doing it again and looked at one of those calendars that tell you how to go about it and I saw no rest day. Do you guys do rest days and get results? I'm pretty sure I took rest days each level! let me know thanks!

    Jillian Michaels has said that she meant the program to include rest days, fwiw. I always took rest days.

    Gosh been a wee while since I did the shred. I think I took a rest day after each level. Thinking of doing it again, I loved it!

    I took 1 rest day a week and still got big results.

    I do 30ds one day and walk the next...so I guess that's a rest day

    I am on day 3 of level 2 and I take a rest day every 6 days. I don't make that day in between levels because if I did, I would be sorry! Lol...it's hard enough to get back into it taking a rest day and doing the same level, I couldn't imagine taking a rest day and bumping up the intensity the next day! Lol I am on day 13 and have lost 20 inches from my whole body and 4 lbs so far by doing it this way...I'd say that's pretty good results!
