Does anybody know how I would log my diet pills that I take? Do I need to log them? Would it make a difference??

Ummm....
Don't take diet pills and then you won't have to worry about logging them?0 -

I will write this from a purely neutral standpoint...
Check and see if it's already in the MFP database by name. If not, does the pill have nutrition facts? If yes, you can enter it in as a food with 0 calories (or however many it has) - other people track their vitamins to make sure they're getting enough calcium, potassium, etc. If it doesn't have nutrition facts, I would worry.0 -
Please, just eat real food. Healthy food will help you lose weight. I promise. But the pills will just help you lose money and may even harm your body.0
