Hi I am starting a low carb eating plan, and I want to do 20% Carb, 40% fat and 40% Protein is that a good place to start for weight loss? Hi I am trying to loose weight/fat have been struggling for sometime at the time of life HRT etc. People have suggested counting macros, I'm not really into counting calories but calculations age, lifestyle suggest I should have 1400 a day. My question is any ideas on ratio Fat, Carb, Protein for weight/fat loss

Hi All Just bought a Marcy MWM 980 Home gym, I'm looking for a routine/workout. Any ideas. I still go to the gym for Body Combat and Attach but want to tone up the old muscles. Any ideas where to look. Thanks Angie
