Hi All
Just bought a Marcy MWM 980 Home gym, I'm looking for a routine/workout. Any ideas. I still go to the gym for Body Combat and Attach but want to tone up the old muscles.
Any ideas where to look.
Thanks
Angie

If your library has a copy of "the new rules of lifting for women" by Lou Schuler, it's definitely worth a read, even if you decide to go with a different routine, he explains the principles behind strength training quite well.0
