Hi
I am trying to loose weight/fat have been struggling for sometime at the time of life HRT etc. People have suggested counting macros, I'm not really into counting calories but calculations age, lifestyle suggest I should have 1400 a day. My question is any ideas on ratio Fat, Carb, Protein for weight/fat loss

If you're not into counting calories then counting macros is going to be a massive PITA for you.
Weight loss is about calories and "the best" macro split is highly subjective.1 -
Counting calories is only a way to become more aware of what you are eating. I'd try it for a while, the proportions are a little bit arbitrary. If you can't handle it you could try the French approach.
You'll note there is no mention of giving up wine!
Good luck
