Hi, i've been eating around 1400 and burning about 450 in the gym, leaving me with a net 1050 (for example) my question is: 1) should i be eating more 2) what am i doing wrong as im not losing pounds or inches!!
As the title states. i feel fine some days and some days feel bloated and uncomfortable. the scales do seem to be moving but worried i'll lose from legs and butt and belly will stay the same!
