Losing motivation

Hi, i've been eating around 1400 and burning about 450 in the gym, leaving me with a net 1050 (for example) my question is:
1) should i be eating more
2) what am i doing wrong as im not losing pounds or inches!!

MFP is designed to eat back your exercise calories, as the deficit is already built in.0

You may be eating too little. I would try to keep your net calories above 1200 each day. How much weight do you have to lose?0

As Lifting4Lis said, you should be eating back your exercise calories (or at least some of them, lots of people eat back between 50-80% in case their calorie burn is overestimated). How long have you been doing it without losing?0
