1200 Calories
So I was netting 1200 calories a day for a while, (about 5 weeks), and didn't lose any weight, despite me doing about 100 miles total in those 5 weeks. Do you hold in your stomach when measuring? I'm not sure if I should or shouldn't. It makes a difference of at least a few inches.

Do they actually help? I bought a cheap one for $5, and it's definitely making me sweat more around the mid-section. Does it actually make a difference to wear one?
